A.A. Macdonald & Mrs. Macdonald
The Feast Chefs are Peter Dewar, Atlantic Canada Chef of the Year (2011) & former member of Culinary Team Canada and Paul Thimot well known Chef & Sommelier. The Chefs' menu incorporates local foods with some from Roma's very own garden. "Breads of the Old World" are baked for the Feast in PEI's largest outdoor oven.
"The Music"
A Feast of Spirits

It has been 150 years since Confederation when A.A. Macdonald was in the prime of his early political career. 285 years since Jean Pierre Roma established his settlement at Three Rivers.

Sooo much has changed since these local figures of historical note lived out their lives and made their contributions to Canadian history..and Island history.

But even though they are dead that does not mean that they do not have more to learn. And to make up for.

Enjoy this special Canada 150 Roma Heritage Feast drama.

For this fascinating evening, Roma and Macdonald are joined by the Mi ' kmaq Heritage Actors, the Roma Players and other interesting figures from Canadian history.

A night to enjoy. And to learn. And to remember.
