The Feast menu created by Chef Peter Dewar, Atlantic Canada Chef of the Year (2011) & former member of Culinary Team Canada, incorporates local foods with some from Roma's very own garden. "Breads of the Old World" are baked for the Feast in PEI's largest outdoor oven.
 The 2018 Roma Gala Heritage Feast honours and commemorates the vision and determination of Jean Pierre Roma;
When Jean Pierre Roma threw a party they came from near and far to celebrate with him his arrival at Trois Rivières 286 years ago.

There was good food, good times and good cheer and the merriment went long into the evening.

Again in 2018 Jean Pierre will host "a party"
reminiscent of times past.
